An award-winning actor, director and producer, Sally McLean’s work in screen production began with her three years working at the BBC in London for BBC Music & Arts. This led to her writing and producing her first feature film A Little Rain Must Fall (thought to be the first drama shot on DV in the UK) and forming her own production business, Incognita Enterprises, under the guidance of Honorary Patron, Sir Nigel Hawthorne KB, CBE, an association that continued until his passing in December 2001.

Phil Craig is a highly respected Producer and Executive Producer in the factual world, most recently holding the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Creative Officer for Discovery Networks International, a division of Discovery Communications, until October 2015, when he made the move back to his roots as an independent producer, representing a slate of factual series and one-off programming. Prior to joining Discovery, Phil held the post of Head of Factual at ABC TV in Australia, where he led a team that was responsible for over 100 hours of original content per year.
